Shipping Policy

All items in our store are made-to-order using our print-on-demand partner, Printful. This means that once you place your order, we begin production specifically for you!


Production Time (Fulfillment)

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. During peak holiday seasons, this time frame may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs & Methods


We are pleased to offer Free US Flat Rate Shipping on all orders. This cost is absorbed into the product price, so you don't have to worry about extra fees at checkout.

Once your item has finished production and shipped, here are the average delivery times:

  • USA Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 9 business days from the date you place your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost to you. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Please email us photos of the damaged item and your order number.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package seems lost in transit (tracking hasn't updated for a long time), claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and reshipping the order.

  • "Delivered" but not received: If tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, we cannot cover the cost of a replacement. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
